The Brezza NiGen GC range of Nitrogen Generators is designed for gas chromatography applications:

Stackable - up to 4 Brezza units can be stacked to create a neat installation
Capable of delivering 500 ml/min with purity > 99.9995%
Available in both a standard version and an HC version which ensures 100% removal of hydrocarbons (< 0.1 ppm for applications with high-sensitivity detectors)
Very high purity nitrogen guaranteed by the PSA system with the exclusive CLAIND Fast Purity patent
Supplies nitrogen for up to 12 FIDs/NPDs with makeup gas, up to 7 ECDs make-up gas or 5 Split/Splitless inlets

2. Nitrogen Generators NiGen LC-MS

For the LC/MS analysers line, the Brezza series offers dedicated "NiGen LCMS" Nitrogen Generators.

Because the various LC/MS brands do not all share the same requirements in terms of type, flow rate, pressure and purity of the gases needed for their operation, CLAIND have developed a product that is flexible enough to meet the varied demands:

Available in 3 models:

40.1 version with output of 40 litre/min, including integral compressor
40.0 version with output of 40 litre/min without compressor
100 version with output of 100 litre/min without compressor

Able to supply up to 4 LC-MS analysers
The Carbon Molecular Sieves (CMS) utilised in PSA technology allow almost total adsorption of hydrocarbons: high efficiency hydrocarbon removal columns included
40.1 version has a special built-in full oil-free compressor
The 50 litre of air and nitrogen internal storage tanks mean less frequent air compressor starts, hereby reducing noise levels and maintenance requirements
Extremely quiet thanks to special sound-proofing and antivibration measures
Extended maintenance period - maintenance only required after 14,000 functioning hours
Very high purity guaranteed by innovative control software that interfaces with the Brezza CPU or a PC for remote control
Brezza CPU with Touch Screen Display connectable with CAN-BUS to the generators (up to 32 units), allows the monitoring of operational status and menus with report alarms and operating parameters. The CPU has also an Ethernet output for the connection to PCs and to Internet through a router
Equipped with full turn wheels for easy moving
