Principle Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties in support of the Jaytee Maintenance and compliance programme.
  • Document control and review.
  • Maintaining equipment logs.
  • Scheduling, meeting, greeting and control of visiting engineers, external resources and appropriate documentation.
  • Identification and co-ordination through appropriate customer channels on non-conformities and associated CAPA activities.
  • Protects the brand and reputation of the company and client.

Key areas of focus:

  • Programme administration.
  • Technical writing of GXP policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and co-authoring of customer equipment related validation/qualification documents.
  • Audit Support both internal and external to ISO 9001, GXP, FDA and MHRA standards.
  • Supports achievement of business goals and objectives.



  • Reliable and dependable person with a high dimension of personal integrity.
  • Proven knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and its working, quality and control practices.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, GXP, regulatory affairs and governance.
  • Completes tasks in an orderly and timely manner.
  • Has an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of analytical instrumentation and laboratory environments.

Souther EnglandWe are searching for an experienced HPLC and GC field service engineer located anywhere in the UK. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, have excellent time management skills and knowledge of working within a regulated environment. Home based your duties will include service of GC and HPLC to high levels of calibration at our customers sites.

You will be part of an industry leading, independent, scientific instrumentation service organisation and will have opportunities to acquire new skills such as mass spectrometry and UHPLC.
