The Kromega Range of PM / repair kits are a simple
solution to your LC preventative maintenance and breakdown repair
requirements. The kits contain all the parts for a variety of
PM and repair tasks without supplying expensive unnecessary
parts. There are two levels of kit available for a range of
pumps, with a Base Kit that includes common maintenance parts,
and a Completer Kit, containing the extra parts in order to
perform a major service.
More cost effective than purchasing individual parts and designed
and tested by engineers with over 30 years experience in the
field, these kits allow the end-user to simply stock the parts
required to carry out a service or repair.
Base Kits
Base Kits contain all the parts to perform an interim service
on a single pump, including frits, filters and solvent reservoir
filters that protect the system from particular contaminants.
Piston seals, caps and gaskets are also included to allow
these working (and wearing) parts to be replaced. Additional
spare solvent flow frits are supplied for replacing more frequently
that just at a PM service.
Completer Kits
Each Completer Kit, when used in conjunction with the relevant
Base Kit, gives the user all the parts to perform a major
pump service - for example, for an annual maintenance on a
heavily used HPLC system or perhaps a bi-annual service on
a less used system.
Stocking a Base and a Completer
Kit also gives the user all the common parts needed for any
interim repairs that may be required. All the parts included
in the kits are available individually, so that kits can easily
be topped-up with any parts that are used, although it is
recommended that all parts are changed
when performing a PM. |
