OPTI-SOLV® Reservoir Filters

Convenience
The OPTI-SOLV Mini Filter is as easy to install as a finger-tight fitting, and is compatible with any analytical column with a 10-32 inlet port. Requires no extra fittings or tubing to connect to your column, and auto-adjusts for ZDV connection every time, into any column. No holder is needed; completely disposable.

Performance
Depth-filtration design captures larger particles second, resulting in better protection and longer lifetime for both column and pre-filter. Very low internal volume ensures that extra-column volume will be kept to a minimum.

Reservoir Filters for HPLC GC If you want to keep particulates out of your system, and we are sure you do, you need to start at the most basic level - the reservoir bottle.

OPTI-SOLV® Reservoir Filters employ a unique conical design inside the filter housing preventing air bubbles from getting trapped and disturbing your analysis.

A solid Teflon® body keeps OPTI-SOLV® in the bottom of the bottle where a bottom-mounted titanium frit provides unrestricted solvent access. As always, Optimize makes installation as simple as possible - no tools or fittings required.

Optimize Solvent Reservoir Filters with tube stem are made of Hastelloy C® for maximum corrosion resistance and inertness.

The filter with a 1/8" stem is an improved version of the Waters filter, and is directly interchangeable. The filter with a 1/16" stem may be used for most other HPLC systems.

For extended flow systems where flow rates exceed 10 mL/minute, a 10 micron filer is required. For most analytical applications, the 2 micron filter is preferable.
