Rheodyne Rhebuild Kits 
Sample Loops
Rheodyne
stainless steel and PEEK sample loops are factory-cut and
finished to the highest quality. The 316 s  tainless
steel loop ends have a square cut and are burr-free, offering
a flush connection to the valve. The flexible PEEK loop ends
are provided with a clean and straight cut for easy installation
onto the valve.
Stainless steel sample loops are supplied
with unswaged fittings. The two ends of the loop must be completely
bottomed in the injector ports before the ferrule is swaged
onto the loop. Swaging each end separately and then replacing
the ends in their respective ports of the same valve ensure
that the loop ends are bottomed into the ports. A fitting
made up in one port may leave an undesirable cavity in another
port. As all ports vary in all valves, careful attention to
loop installation is important.
PEEK loops are also supplied with unswaged RheFlex® fittings
but do not require the same swaging precaution. The fittings
can reposition along the loop tubing when the fitting reinserts
in the ports for correct loop installation.

Fittings

RheFlex fittings have evolved as the quality fitting required
for use with Rheodyne
valves. Specially designed to meet the rigid requirements
necessary to match Rheodyne
valves, RheFlex fittings offer precision and quality that
can also be used in common laboratory applications that require
precise liquid connections. Rheodyne combines the unique RheFlex
ChromTRAC colour-coding fitting knobs with RheFlex fittings
sets for a value-added fittings identification system. ChromTRAC
knobs and mapping on valves are the industry standard for
tracking inlets and outlets of system components.
The RheFlex family includes Rheodyne's
classic stainless steel multiple length nut and ferrule
systems, which have been the standard for valve connections
for a quarter of a century, to the more recently introduced
RheFlex TF, "Twist Free" technology.

Manual
Sample Injectors
Rheodyne
manual sample injectors are available for micro, analytical,
and preparative scale analysis. Sample injectors are grouped
depending on the sample volume to be loaded onto the column:
Scale Sample Volume
* Micro: 2 µL to 500 µL
* Analytical: 1.0 µL to 5.0 mL
* Preparative: 100 µL to 10 mL
Types and Capabilities
Dual Mode: Dual mode injectors (models
ending in -25), also termed front loading injectors, can
use both the partial-filling and complete-filling method
for loading the sample loop. They are variable volume injectors
because they allow the loading of various sample volumes.
Single Mode: Single mode injectors (models
ending in "-10") use only the complete-filling
method for loading the sample. The sample loop size determines
the volume to be injected onto the column.

Valves
Rheodyne
offers high-pressure manual switching valves to simplify your
laboratory procedures and to improve the speed, resolution,
and sensitivity of HPLC analysis.
Models include a variety of two-position platforms in six-port,
seven-port, and ten-port flow architectures. Ports come in
standard bore 1/16" and large bore 1/8" sizes. Stator
materials include both 316 stainless steel and PEEK.

High Pressure Switching Valves and Spares 
Rotor Seals
Rheodyne
rotor seals are the polymeric disc that creates a high pressure
seal against the stator. The seal wears with use, and is one
of the only parts that may need routine replacement. Stators
need replacing only if the ports become damaged.
Vespel blend rotor seals have an operating pH range from
0 to 10. Tefzel blend and PEEK blend rotor seals have a
pH range from 0 to 14. Strong oxidizing acids such as concentrated
nitric and sulfuric are not compatible with PEEK.
