There are three different removable adapters for 250 µL and larger syringes. The adapters convert the RN termination into either a Male Luer, Male Luer Lock or a Female Luer Lock connection. The adapter has a port I.D. of .039″ that allows for sample spiking through a syringe fitted with a 26 gauge needle or smaller.
