M1 – Single piston pumps with excellent capability at a low cost

The compact M1 Class consists of single-headed, positive displacement piston pumps that deliver high-performance and precision at an affordable price. Superior to Gear, Diaphragm, and Peristaltic pumps, the M1 Class provides greater performance at an equivalent cost to lesser-functioning products.

Applications include:

• precise chemical metering
• dispensing
• specific HPLC separations

Standard fluid path materials are Stainless Steel and PEEK. With 10 mL/min, 40 mL/min, and 100 mL/min versions, reaching pressures up to 2,000 psi, these pumps capture the majority of typical laboratory fluid transfer applications.

MX Class (High performance isocratic pumps at an affordable price)

The economical MX Class consists of single-headed, positive displacement piston pumps incorporating additional features for challenging applications. With pressure capability up to 5,000 psi, the MX Class can be used in both analytical and small-scale preparative HPLC separations.

Applications include:

• analytical HPLC separations
• small-scale scale preparative HPLC separations
• demanding metering and dispensing
• sample injection, infusion or cone wash for mass spectrometers.

LS Class Pumps (High performance isocratic pumps)

The reliable LS Class consists of single-headed, positive displacement piston pumps incorporating advanced cam designs for very low pulsation. With micro-stepping motor technology and a proven single-piston pump mechanism, the LS Class exceeds the performance of more expensive units at a fraction of the cost. The pumps are ideal for a wide variety of HPLC applications (including Bio-compatible separations), Semi-Prep LC, metering & dispensing, and general laboratory use.

The rugged PR Class consists of dual-headed, positive displacement piston pumps that provide high, accurate flows and excellent pressure capability for a variety of uses. HF Class (High-flow Preparative Pumps)

The HF Series pumps are specifically designed to meet the requirements of Preparative Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and high pressure Process/Metering applications. The Stainless Steel fluid path will withstand the toughest applications. The HF Series pumps are dual-headed piston pumps with servo motors, belt drives, and reliable eccentric cams. Standard features include an LCD keypad with advanced HMI/PLC interface, and RS-232 for complete control and status monitoring. Prime-Purge Valve, Outlet Filter, and Pressure Transducer are also included​.

CP Class (Constant Pressure Dual Head Pumps)

The high performance CP Class consists of dual-headed, positive displacement piston pumps with constant pressure control, covering a wide range of flows, with pressures up to 25,000 psi. Other available features include jacketed heads for temperature controlled processes. CP Class pumps are widely used for LC Column packing, as well as many process applications. The constant-pressure feedback loop automatically adjusts solvent flow to maintain constant system pressure and allows the user to select a wide range of process parameters, including desired pressure set point, ramp rate, and upper flow rate limit.

SC Class (Reciprocating Pump for Liquid CO2)

The SC Class reciprocating pump provides reliable, accurate and reproducible pumping of liquid CO2 for SFC, SFE, and other applications. The SC Class is available with a maximum flow rate of 24 mL/min, and can reach pressures to 10,000 psi. The SC Class is available in either Constant Pressure or Constant Flow configurations. The pump’s constant pressure mode features a selectable pressure set point. The flow rate auto-adjusts to maintain pressure—ideal for extraction applications. Constant flow configuration provides precise CO2 flow rates for supercritical fluid chromatography.

CP Class (Constant pressure column packing system)

The Constant Pressure Column Packing System is perfect for quickly and safely packing efficient, reproducible columns. With pressures up to 10,000psi or 18,000psi (depending on version ordered), the user can expect increased plate counts by up to 20%, higher yields, and the ability to pack ultra-small particles with consistent bed density. For continuous and repeatable high throughput applications where purchasing new columns can quickly become expensive, users can easily pack their own columns to rapidly see a return on their investment. This system can also be used for new column research and development, and comes with an intuitive column packing reservoir, column hardware, stationary phase, and all necessary inlet and outlet tubing (solvents and computer not included).
