With the 7890A, Agilent achieved the long-sought-after goal of connecting, switching, splitting and diverting capillary gas flows inside the GC oven while keeping the hardware leak-free despite oven-temperature cycling. The unique in-oven capillary flow technology opens up a suite of highly useful applications, and enables productivity gains without the need to change existing methods.

Features include:

Backflush: Eliminate post-run bakeout to dramatically reduce injection-toinjection time while eliminating sample carryover.
Split: Run up to three detectors simultaneously, including MSD, for maximum information.
Heart cutting: Divert a peak of interest to a second column, which is useful for trace-level detection in complex matrices.
Comprehensive GC x GC: Divert all peaks to a second GC column, without expensive cryogen.
QuickSwap: Change the GC column in a GC/MS without venting the MS detector, saving hours per procedure

Note: Our warranty terms quoted for this system apply to mainland UK customers. For clients outside of this locale, please enquire at point of sale.

Jaytee Biosciences Ltd warranty all reconditioned instruments for a pre-agreed period. This period can be from 30 days to 1 year from the date of installation / delivery of the instrument. Generally newer equipment has a longer warranty than older equipment.

Additional warranty periods can be negotiated at the time of purchase if required.
