User, Methodology and Instrument Failure
Always remember – a fault in either the user or methodology could be the root cause of an instrument failure!
Always ask yourself 3 questions:- What has the user done since last use (human error)?
- Why did you do that (methodology)?
- How has the fault manifested (instrument failure)?
